Great news: I’m employed by VSO Nepal!!!
As I’ve told many of you, I applied for Voluntary Service Overseas last month. VSO is the world’s leading independent international development organization that works through volunteers to fight poverty and injustice in developing countries. VSO's high-impact approach involves bringing people together to share skills, build capabilities, promote international understanding and action, and change lives to make the world a fairer place for all.
At the request of the local organization in Nepal, I'm sent around November 11 by VSO as a volunteer in the field of education to share my knowledge and experience in the area of Pokhara for a minimum of two years.
So exciting!
I keep you posted when I’ve more details about my moving to Nepal.
